The Bodega is a secure 360 sq.ft block built building located inside and adjacent to the main gates to the property. It contains a built-in 8,500 ltr reserve water tank, which can be replenished from the main AyA water service. There is a workshop area to the rear of the building and a front area accessed by double doors and a ramp enabling it to be used for the storage of garden machinery etc. (although currently used as a gym workout station). A separate plant and machinery room contains a pump and a 2 stage switchable filtration system which can feed the water from the reserve tank to the home when needed. The Bodega has its own electric service panel separate from the House.

NOTE: This solid block built structure offers opportunities for expansion and conversion to provide additional private Guest accomodations or for the lodging of a Cartetaker. All the required electrical and plumbing services are immediately adjacent to the structure.
