The Property being offered is part of an area which has been segregated from a larger Finca as depicted on the Lot Plan below and consists of Areas 1 and 2 (shown to the right of the red property boundary line).  The Casa Los Jardines property being offered, which has been officially surveyed and is shaded in green, is Area 2 on the property plan and has a total area of 13,250 m2 (3.27 acres).

 

The property also offers opportunities for expansion with ample space for the addition of a Guest Casita with a separate road access and/or the expansion of the Bodega into additional guest accommodations or for housing a caretaker.

 

The area marked Area 1 on the plan is being retained and protected by the owners of the Finca, of which it is a part, as natural open space. It contains a  natural spring and quebrada which by law limits disturbance of an area within 100 meters of the spring. It consists of natural untouched jungle and canyon areas, which make it unsuitable for development, yet perfect for providing habitat for the abundant wild life.

 

The segregated Area 2 has been registered in the National Registry.
